Where do you ship to?
We ship across the UK, as well as to the US, Australia, and most EU countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, just drop us a message and we’ll see what we can do!
Please note: some products, like our whipped body butters, are heat-sensitive and may soften or melt in warmer climates or during summer months. We recommend ordering during cooler periods or choosing other options if you're concerned.
How much is shipping?
UK shipping is £3.50 or free on orders over £40. International shipping rates vary based on location and are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. UK deliveries typically take 2–3 days after dispatch, and international shipping usually takes 5–14 working days, depending on your location and customs processing.
Please note: during busy periods like sales, Black Friday, or the holidays, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We totally get it — sometimes you change your mind. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’re happy to help you amend or cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible at contact@ametrineskin.com. Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes — all of our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and are committed to conscious, kind skincare.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are formulated with gentle ingredients and are suitable for most skin types. However, everyone’s skin is different, so we always recommend doing a patch test before use, especially if you’re sensitive to essential oils.
Do your products contain essential oils?
They do. Each product is infused with carefully chosen essential oil blends to support emotional wellbeing through aromatherapy. You can find full ingredient lists on every product page.
How long do your products last, and how should I store them?
Most products are best used within 6–12 months of opening. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat or sunlight. Our body butters may soften in warm weather — pop them in the fridge if needed to re-solidify without affecting quality.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
Many of our products are made with gentle, natural ingredients — however, as we use essential oils, we recommend checking the product ingredients and consulting with your healthcare provider before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes! Just enter their details at checkout and we’ll send the gift directly to them. You can also leave a note — we’ll handwrite it on your behalf and leave out pricing details.
Do you offer corporate gifting or event favours?
